Take it up the ass. How old are you??? I'm amazed you don't realize how much you're revealing about your own insecurities in the way you argue your points'

Honestly, explain, in detail how the "gun show loop-hole" isn't an actual problem? If in fact, your claim that a significant majority of those who sell guns at gunshots were in fact licensed dealers were true, that still wouldn't close the loop-hole. I mean first I have to take on your word that the "significant majority" of people selling guns at theses shows are in fact individuals selling with a Federal Firearm License. Unfortunately, given how consistently off base just about all your claims have been I'd love to see some proof of this particular claim. Where can I find documentation that the significant majority of people who sell at gunshots are actually Licensed Federal Firearm dealers? Not trying to be a dick, I just want some evidence because most of your claims wear thin pretty quickly.

Now, even if a "significant majority" were licensed and conduct background checks that still leaves a minority who aren't FFL certified and who do not perform background checks. I wonder how many gun shows there are a year. In that number of shows I wonder what the percentage of non FFL vendors is. On top of that I wonder how many of those non FFL vendors sell firearms without any background check. Finally, I wonder how many people, knowing full well that they can't walk into a gun shop and buy a gun because of an issue in the background, seek out people at shows like this so they can buy a gun with little or no questions asked. I'm sure it's a lot of shows, a lot of opportunity to circumvent the law. That's why it's called a loop-hole.
If you're going to complain about that "loophole", you may as well call scalping tickets on Craigslist a loophole in sports regulation. That's idiotic, obviously.

Gun shows commonly have a Sheriff's representative on-site to conduct background checks for those who haven't already passed in situations where a purchase permit is required, as well as law enforcement in plain clothes patrolling every stall there. You don't get a stall unless you're licensed to sell.

If the guy's not there to perform the checks, and you don't have a purchase permit (if required), you don't get a firearm. If no purchase permit is required, or you already have received one after a check, the seller will, as usual, perform the Federal check before the transaction.

This is one of the absolute stupidest possible environments to attempt an illegal sale, even as an attendee. They're heavily policed.

Most of the people griping about this stuff have never even attended a gun show, and those that did were entirely oblivious to what was happening around them.

If a hand-full of rednecks get together to swap rifles by a river, that's got shit-all to do with a gun show.

Cheers,

Kennith

I always bought my guns from Georgia gun shows. No background check whatsoever.
I get questioned about my religion before the purchase (I assume due to being brown skinned and having a beard). When I show my retired military ID and the money, I can then purchase any weapon I want. None of my information is written down or verified by anybody. I walk out the door with weapon in hand, so to say.

You're telling half of one side of a story regarding a specific location.

Don't confuse a Georgia swap meet with what people are pointing at, here.

We're dealing with a brilliant marketing campaign being spread among the populous that feeds on isolated information scraps.

Cheers,

Kennith

Harley-Davidson Will Shift Manufacturing Overseas To Avoid Tariffs

In a filing made Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Wisconsin-based Harley-Davidson disclosed plans to move some of its manufacturing facilities from the Rust Belt to the Old World in the hopes of avoiding higher costs created by new European Union tariffs that target American-made motorcycles, along with other cultural products like whiskey and blue jeans. Those 25 percent tariffs were imposed last week by E.U. officials in response to the Trump administration's decision to place tariffs on steel and aluminum imported from Europe.

oh and, looks like you were wrong about this, too.

More of Trump thinking he's a dictator...

Trump threatens Harley-Davidson with taxes ‘like never before’ and predicts its eventual collapse

(Note: The Fed Prosecutor who led the investigation was appointed by Trump. But, carry on with the conspiracies)

Ex-congressional IT staffer reaches plea deal that debunks conspiracy theories about illegal information access

But the agreement included an unusual passage that described the scope of the investigation and cleared Awan of a litany of conspiracy theories promulgated on Internet blogs, picked up by right-leaning news sites, and fanned by President Trump on Twitter.

?The Government has uncovered no evidence that your client violated federal law with respect to the House computer systems,? including stealing equipment or illegally accessing or transferring information, including sensitive or classified information, prosecutors wrote in an 11-page plea agreement dated and signed Tuesday.

Federal prosecutors described in the agreement a ?thorough investigation? that included forensic analysis of computer equipment and other devices, logon and usage data and interviews with about 40 witnesses.

But the agreement included an exhaustive list of ?public allegations? that prosecutors investigated and shot down, including that investigators took custody of the House Democratic server.

?Particularly, the Government has found no evidence that your client illegally removed House data from the House network or from House Members? offices, stole the House Democratic Caucus Server, stole or destroyed House information technology equipment, or improperly accessed or transferred government information, including classified or sensitive information.?

The office that conducted the investigation is led by Trump-nominated U.S. Attorney Jessie K. Liu. Awan was released from electronic monitoring and will be free pending his sentencing Aug. 21, U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan ordered after accepting Awan?s plea at the Tuesday hearing.

Yeah because it's a binary choice: Either Democrats or Nazis; Republicans or Communists. Pick your team, and demagogue he other side

Maybe You should stop watching Fox News, listening to Hannity, reading Breitbart or RT, and start realizing that the vast majority of people are in the center. Both sides have reasonable people. But if you keep believing the hype and fear mongering (Dems are for MS13!), then you are just buying the bullshit

Your powers of observation are really bad......If you think the vast majority of people are in the center then you don't spend much time in California or New York or any other large left of center region. BTW, I don't watch Fox, RT or any of the others you rattled off. I've been around long enough and involved in enough shit to be able to make up my own mind. Oh BTW, some of the people you and one or two others think are displaying real "character" have been players in some seriously fucked up activities that have not helped a large number of people in this country. Strangely enough, most were/are inner city minorities.........but those of us who voted for Trump over HRC are racist...

You're right.

We don't vote on the candidates positions today, but on what candidates in that party from 200 years ago said.

200 years? Try again my friend.

Guessing you didn't watch the whole video. Professor Swain explained it well. Take heed.
