true that Alex!!!!
You can have wire coated crap when that shit gets cancer from road salt & blows fix that in the field.......

Oh ya sell your solenoids & pay for two trucks

Do you have any clue about what you're talking about?
This is the kit, I'm pretty I paid $79. If not, have a similar hose made at NAPA for about $30.

It's not steel braided bling line, it's actual HD air hose (steel braided INSIDE) with a solid crimp-on swivel fitting. (You know, the kind that WON"T pull off)

You can plumb a dozen trucks with air brake hose for the cost of one of those kits.
You can also rip off, break, cut, melt, or just plain wear holes in, a dozen lines before you get sick of repairing them on the trail (while everyone else gets sick of waiting for you) and buy something that'll last.

how long do you think I should be running it without issues until you consider that it has lasted?

Clearly you're sold on using expensive hydraulic hose with expensive crimped on fittings for a low pressure app. Your call. You seem to know what you want.

Don't tell others that its the only way to go, however, because it is a waste of money and a pain in the ass to deal with because of its high bend radius.

Over-and-out.

Nice attempt at spinning this around.
Does that work with stupid people?
You were the ones to trash using a good HD hose as a waste of money. No one ripped on you for going cheapskate.
I merely recommended this system after having gone through a few problems with plastic lines.
Perhaps where you wheel there are no bushes, rocks, or branches trying to grab at small plastic 1/4" lines. Perhaps your suspension doesn't move to the point where thin plastic lines get worn through from constant flexing. (something plastic lines are NOT meant to do)
BTW, if the bend radii you're using is too tight for a good hose, it can't possibly be getting much movement.
I don't know but, hey, if it's working for you, by all means stay with it.
It just may be a little foolish to rip on those of us that waste small amounts of money on bulletproofing known weak areas.
