I recently came across a 95 d90 with less than 15k miles on it in a private barn. Too bad the owners actually know what it is worth...it gets new tags each year and driven enough just to keep the fluids moving by the farm manager.

We all dream of those rare finds!

Got it home. Turns out the leaking head gaskets are actually a leaking freeze plug. Got a new battery and will try and get freeze plug and new diesel in tomorrow.

That is pleasing. Best of luck with the coolant issues. I'm certain that once you get all the air bled out of the fuel system (more of a chore than you might imagine) you'll get it going.

Bleeding the fuel system is absolutely critical for consistent starting.
