I am stuck in Yorktown with my front brake caliper hanging off. I was doing the brakes and snapped the bolt. Does anyone know where I can get a caliper pin on a Saturday?

Well, first off, is this your DII? Secondly, did break one of the two bolts that holds the caliper to the bracket? If so, it's just a fine thread metric bolt. 8*1.0, IIRC.

apply emergency brake to ease tension up front when stopping, thats what i did when i had a caliper lock up on me

We got it! With a call to the Rover help line ( Mike Mason) he walked us through getting the broke bolt out. It only took 3 hours for the first one and an other hour for the rest. we even had time to change Lance's roto flex before they kicked us out of the hobby shop.

I so would not count on a zip tie or the park brake.
