My new toy/business

I just picked it up. I'm hoping to start up doing parties and functions. If you know anyone in the eastern VA area that is looking for some good BBQ please let me know.

Crap, I can't get the pictures to upload. Anyway it's a 25 foot trailer with 30 square foot of grill space. I just finished an event at my base and sold out of meet before 1300. I'm still learning but I can do Pork, Chicken. and turkey.

I have a buddy in WI that botles his own sauce, i've been "sampling it" and its pretty good. As far as a name, right now it is The Party Pig. There is an inside joke that I decline to share even with the wife.
