Is it possible to re-flash my n.a.s d2 to gulf states spec? If so can a rovacom do it or is it dealer only ( not that they'd do it anyway). I am aware that its not "legal" but not much is on my truck.

He's probably trying together rid of rear o2 sensors.
There are different part numbers for NAS and ROW computers. You'd probably have to get an ecu from the UK or Australia.

I do not believe D2's were offered without cats, but some markets did not have the secondary O2's. I cant say which ones though.
BUT there is no reason to reprogram it to fool the system... I even kept mine AND still run a cat. It's not worth the effort if you get caught.

what are you trying to accomplish? if you are trying to get the secondary o2's to not read bad, google "o2 spark plug anti-fouler trick"
