This event will be held in the Uwharrie National Forest in Central North Carolina October 21-23, 2016. We certainly hope that you find all of the information needed in the link below, and that you have the opportunity to come out!

Can't make SAE so I'm planning to be at Uwharrie - hopefully mid afternoon on Friday. When does everyone else plan on arriving?

Yeah Mike, you coming this year? we could use some calm able bodied people in a attendance. Last year was a circus, huge fires, bestiality (only a few goats) and a shrimp boil.

I'd like to head down but the kids are at that age where we never have a free weekend.

I also sold the green truck last year and my BMW won't make it on the trails!

I do miss you guys. Eventually I'll get to another ure.

On the Friends of Uwharrie Facebook page someone posted pics a group went through and cleared downed trees so that shouldn't be an issue. Couldnt tell from photos if anything got washed out bad

Yep Darin, went through and cleaned up the place. He didnt mention any bad spots. Just lots of down limbs and trees.

Great weather and great event. I'll need to get the Disco a little more outfitted and stick around longer next year.
