Like I said, feel free to think whatever you want.

As for me, I'm defending my position in this thread and am not posting in any others.

Why is it that the person who takes a stand against a perceived injustice somehow becomes the new target instead of the original problem? How about you come up with a great idea as to how you can show solidarity with those here who are still screwed by Kyle? If you want to defend Kyle, then do it. If you want to defend those he's cheated, then do it. If you want to lurk around being critical about both parties, then there's something wrong.

I dunno what the heck is going on. But I did see a KVT backpack rack on a willow green D1 not to long ago on Ebay so I am inclined to think that he is still making the racks since this did not look like a D-web members D1.

First, if people were smart they would do a little bit of research before they place an order with Kyle. If they are aware that he is slow then they know what they are getting into.

Second, If Kyle was smart he would simply reply to people's emails explaining that he is currently buried and is not taking orders at this time. He could save a document and hit copy/paste to every email he gets from someone wanting to place an order.

This talk about the administrators getting a bad reputation is just rediculous. Everybody that has done business with EE know that they have awesome customer service and I'm sure this thing with Kyle is not going to keep orders away from them. Also, I can't take anybody serious that can't get "there, their, and they're" straight. So Utahdog, you're a moron.

james, look, you seem like a level headed guy. we've been helpful to eachother offline. i'm not "targeting" you or your fight for "perceived injustice". i certainly don't lurk around looking to just post up praise or condemnation, but it was this post and the ones following that just seemed silly to me.

i mean really, is that what you think it says about you when you log onto discoweb? that you condone the behavior of one admin? (sarcasm removed). i mean, okay, i just don't get it.

Well, you may be totally right. I guess that's the risk I take by throwing my hat into the ring. The stuff about not buying at EE doesn't make sense to me either, and that was not my intent to lump myself in with that idea. EE is a model Rover business, and I feel fine giving them business regardless of what Kyle is or isn't doing. Taking your business away from EE sends exactly the wrong message. Hell, I wish I'd picked up a set of Kyle's hi-lift mounts from EE before they went out of stock. Now I'll NEVER get one. :)

Well, the concept of being judged by the company you keep and the places you frequent is not a new one. You can disagree as to whether it applies to dweb, but the whole idea of silence equals approval is not a new nor worthless idea.

I meant for my original post about not actively posting here any more to be a simple personal statement. It's been my mistake for coming back here to defend it. I just should have left it at that.

And Karen, don't worry. By the time Kyle makes all this right, Hillary will be in the White House, and we'll have plenty to discuss. :p

All I got to say is that I hate those goddamned packing peanuts that EE uses! Damn things exploded out of the box with the fury of a land mine. Then don't think you can just sweep them up...oh hell no......not those goddamned packing peanuts!!!!!!!!
