I like the idea of the clear set, but not sure if it includes the bulb holder. The bulb holder fell off with the housing. I suspect that daughter bumped into something and the clip that holds the light on snapped. Received a replacement today from Overland Rovers.

Your description of the problem is a little colorful but based on what you posted there is a 90% chance it is the ignition switch or the wiring which goes from the ig switch to the ig system. Randall

In 1998 I paid $723 for a new 9 piece wood trim kit for my RRC. It looked good until a couple of years ago. Now wood is cracking and warping, so soon I will replace that wood with my own trim kit. Below is a picture of the Madera Concepts wood my truck:

The nonAC nonPAS engine was built for my TR8 which was originally power assisted. I would also be interested in removing power steering from my RRC. If anyone has converted a Land Rover to some sort of rack and pinion I would like to know about it.

Here is the picture of the belt for nonAC applications. You can see that it is 1850mm long (73"). A 6 rib belt will work, but is not as easy to install. You may have to use a slightly longer or shorter belt because of alt pulley diameter. The idler pulley's other locating hole is for the nonAC...

The poor idle AND hesitation pulling away from stop is most likely caused by a leaky intake hose. The worse the leaks, the worse the effects. Once you get moving good the leaky intake hose will have minimal effect. Codes throw will be 44, 45 and 48. Part# ESR1611L or make one up from a 3"...
