    I've checked both fuse panels against the manual and there doesn't seem to be anything missing related to seats. In fact I didn't really see anything related to seats period. I'll take some pics of the panels and if you don't mind compare them to your fuse panels to see what is different.

    My '99 D2 did not come with a changer or the premium sound etc. I picked up a used CD changer and then bought the wiring harness from Atlantic British for $30. Works fine.
