I would run OME's all the way around since they are designed to work with each other. especially on loaded vehicles.

Hey Buddy Truck looks good I too am running non Rover Springs I'm running early Bronco Springs (all front springs) and they lifted me about 5" inches as well sorry to hijack your thread
