1996 Disco 5- Speed built *feeler*

emmodg is right but damn, some of you guys just love busting balls. I think your best bet to get close to $7000 is a local sale via craigslist, autotrader, or similar. Also I would throw a coat of paint on those bumpers and give it a detailing.

    External shock mounts

I am not getting nearly the amount of articulation that I should be getting with my SG 3 link. Ive been told that the way to get the most out of the setup is to run external shock mounts.

Anyone have pics of thier external shock mounts? The more I think about it, I will probably just build my own. $350 is alot for what they are.

    External shock mounts

Im looking for a set of front external shock mounts for my 92 RRC so that I can get the most out of my 3 link. Who besides safari gard and rover hybrids makes them? I have thought about making my own but it may be worth shelling out the $350 for a bolt on kit. Thanks

    RRC Tire swing pics

I thought about putting the hinge on the opposite side. It actually makes more sense to put the tire behind the driver. My buddies talked me out of it, arguing that it was more convenient for the driver to open if the latch was on the drivers side. The next one I build will have the hinge on the...

    RRC Tire swing pics

It is a d1 safari snorkle. I plastic welded it and sealed it to work like any other RRC snorkle. The only part of the snorkle that is used is the rear vertical section. It works and it was free.

    RRC Tire swing pics

Some of you guys wanted to see completed pics of the rear bumper I built for my RRC. Hinge is from rockstomper.com, latch is a da sta from Reid tool. Mocked up the bumper with foam board and then went to town with a sawzall, 1/8th and 1/4 inch sheet metal. Took a couple weekends to weld it up...

Damn, this place is full of a bunch of cheap basterds. I thought $7500 was a good price considering what has been done to the truck. $6800 is a deal. If only you were closer. On another note, I am in the process of building a rear bumper with tire carrier on my trail rig. Do you have any pics of...
