A few of the water pump bolts go straight through into the block. That one in particular goes into a coolant passage in the block. The front (timing) cover gasket will probably need replacing- although you could roll the dice and torque the bolt back in with thread sealant and see what happens...

When you reinstalled the lower intake manifold, did you have the fuel rail removed so that you could torque down the rear valley end seal properly? If not, it may simply be the valley pan gasket leaking.

Interested to hear how the hell you managed to judge an angle of 129 degrees. It is hard enough judging 90d, even with painted markers.
