my muffler only lasted like 2 years - seamed aluminized metal......i had a flowmaster put in and love it! The mufflers that come with these 2 piece units are cheap and dont last long. I'd buy a flowmaster and have a muffler shop bend the pipes for you and eliminate the resonator at the back...

i read that niehoff or any other dizzy cap with all brass posts is what is best - i.e. brass rotor tip to brass dizzy contacts, the alum ones corrode quicker. can anyone provide a link/source for me to get one of these caps??? i have look w/o success.....do they even make one?

i had champions in it, but they were the champion truck plugs if that matters - black ceramic insulator with gold connectors.....didnt change anything with the stumble....that rubber tube is NEW....I have it at a guys shop in Staunton....if he strikes out...BEN here it comes...
i am running ngk plugs which are fairly new. I buy all/most my parts from DAP, so all are LUCAS, etc...this includes the rotor. Some guys run 16 advance I hear? Power and all are good on the highway (cant tell/feel a stumble at high speeds). The whole plenum was cleaned out last year...

i put in bosch pink injectors like 2 years ago and it didny change a thing....that was actually the 1st thing i did at 145K.....these are 21.5# injectors and have been used by many w/o any issues...
My 95RRC LWB motor (165K on it) has a stumble to it. Basically every 2 secs or so it stumbles at idle - you can see the motor rock slightly, but can feel it better when you put your hand on the plenum when it idles. All the basic stuff has been checked or replaced...IAC valve, new o2 sensors...
