All I can do is laugh at this thread...laugh all the way to the bank. I really don't care what people thought of my truck but most who saw it in person gave it positive remarks...including the guy who bought it. It was built when I was poor in college and it what it is.

Always get off the highway, no matter what happens. I know a person who got far off the shoulder but still on the highway, with a flat tire. A car lost control and hit him changing the tire. Lost both of his legs and now is in a wheel chair for the rest of his life.
I would replace the fan just to be safe, you don't want one of those nicks to turn into a crack sending one of the blades through your radiator, hoses or hood. You will also need to find out where the coolant came from to make sure you didnt burst something (like the little radiator cap).
The 3 bolts attach to a hub that is pressed on the pump. You need a puller to pull the hub off and either a press or a big vise to put the hub on the new pump.
It was always my understanding that ARBs claim to fame was that it was designed to take an impact with a kangaroo in the outback and not total the vehicle.
