    Drive line clunk

Noise when turning sounds like a CV issue but I would also check the bolts that hold the front rotors to the hub in case they backed out a little. and also motor/trans/tcase mounts if you don’t find anything else.

    D1 Windshield Molding Replacement

Not really sure what you are asking but they have nothing to do with sealing the windshield. The old ones will get damaged when the new windshield is installed but you can add new ones any time after.

    Double Cardan or Wide Angle?

Yep. But regardless of the 4x4, the angles determine what needs to happen with the driveline geometry. Address that, and you’ll be good.

    Double Cardan or Wide Angle?

The tcase vs pinion angles should be the only thing that determines which type DS you use.

    Swivel Ball Leak

And good advice from waltnyc……pull the caliper off and just Pull the entire hub assembly. Pretty quick and easy job.

    Swivel Ball Leak

Also cleaning up both mating surfaces so they’re clean and flat, use Right Stuff instead of the gasket. It won’t leak.

    Roof metal thickness

I’ll say 18ga. Can you find an exposed edge to measure with a caliper? Bonnet is probably same material since they’re both steel.

Death wobble, but not quite lethal yet… and catalytic converters

Agree. I’d move the front wheels to the back and see what happens. Quick, easy and free. And if you have someone rock the steering back and forth, you can watch for play in the lower column rubber coupler and steering box/pitman arm/steering linkage.

Death wobble, but not quite lethal yet… and catalytic converters

Not sure if you replaced the steering damper but if not, might try that. Also, check for play in the rubber joint in the lower steering column assembly.

    Running very Rough

Always a possibility. You can test them with a multimeter. I would check everything until you find the problem. But after 13 years, it’s probably time to refresh a few things regardless.

    Running very Rough

Check firing order? Verify spark at all cylinders? Crank sensor good? Inspect all teeth on reluctor wheel? Etc…

    Beating an overheated horse

He’s not kidding either! But that’s funny.

    Rimmer Bros - frustration

Unless they could possibly make contact with the wheel or something, it doesn’t matter if they are a little long.
