it can be shipped to NJ. i think if you have a cut off wheel and a measuring tape, you could find a method to keep the factory hitch. i have seen a few D1s with modified aftermarket bumpers that keep the factory hitch. whats your zip, ill see about a shipping quote.

i can pallet these parts up and ship if needed. you don't need a fork truck either. you can get a lift gate truck to deliver to your house, it will cast a little more, but can make it easier on you.
