Check your ignition. ie. Distributor, plug wires, coil, ect. I had a similar problem and it was the little wire harness that connected to the distributor. I just bought some electrical lubricant and then it worked fine.

Definitly something electrical. When electronical stuff starts to go, it can work when its cold, but once it heats up, unable to function properly. I would look around and make sure that nothing is too close to the exhaust manifold. Also, diagnose and fix, even if the problem goes away...
