If you dont plan to pull any thing very heavy like a camper than do away with sls system. I have seen them blow out on the trail before due to over stretch. one less thing to worry about.
if you think its the o2 sensors unplug them. with maf. and o2 and coolant temp ecu runs engine in open loop settings and rover should run fine with thess unpluged. have seen someone cross the two rear o2 sensors at the harness and gives a simaler issues check that. it confuses the fueling of...
check the cranks sensor! and the flywheel teeth. unplug the mass air flow they will drive ok with it unpluged if its bad. check the easy stuff first fuel pressure,clogged cats, ign.
The vent hose to the top of tank 9 times out of 10 old and cracked and leaks full when close to full. You do have to low the tank to replace the hose. Cheers
