    Air Shocks

Check your exhaust brackets. My SLS DII recently was making a clanging sound going over bumps. Sounded almost like one of the front springs slipping in its seat, but the sound was coming from the rear. Turned out to be a broken exhaust/muffler bracket.

    Heim joints?

The elusive 350. Very nice. Couldn't remember off the top of my head if it was 65 or 68, but the badging (and grill) looked correct.

discovery II 245/75/r16 tires will they fit?

Unsure on 33's. About 1/2 inch under 245/75/16 GY MT/R's. Had more room under old BFG MT.

    Heim joints?

A 245/75/16 spare may rub on the rear bumper depending on the type of tire. I'd try it out first before making any changes. As an alternative to the EE spare tire bracket relocation, you might consider the relocator available from Rover Connection -- http://www.roverconnection.com/ -- a Summit...

About to buy a TJM front bumper

When I installed a front bumper on my DII, I was able to do it alone using two (tall) jackstands with rags over the stand buckets to prevent scrapes. The jackstands held the bumper steady and I was able to lift each side (one at at time) the last 1/4 inch to line up the bolt holes. Also, in...

    DII 2000 AC not working

The obvious causes would be the condensor or the refrigerant level. However, when mine went twice few years ago (under warranty) the culprits were the interior thermometer (stuck on 72) and then the HVAC control unit in the dash.
