Anyone know if the Service Departments @ the Mercedes Dealerships in either Charlottesville or Richmond are good/honest? Have had some "bad" experiences with other dealerships and unfortunately some things only Mercedes can work on... any help/referral would be much appreciated, Thank you~

I owned a '98 E320 Sedan for years until I traded up to an '04 E500 Wagon last year ... my biggest suggestion, as for both my benz and rover, never goto a dealer unless it's your only hope. Find a good local TRUST-WORTHY mechanic that can work on both! Have not experienced any major mechanicals...
