    Just to throw it out there, this has happened to me on 2 separate occasions. The first time, I replaced the interior fuse box, as the initial poster suggested. The second time it happened to me, replacing the battery fixed the problem.

    how many miles on 03 or 04 disco

    '04, just turned 75k this morning. Cylinder #7 is suspect as the spark plug is entirely too clean, white smoke on start up, little to no noticeable coolant loss though, compression's just fine, no oil in the coolant, no coolant in the oil. Valve cover gaskets and RMS are both pissing oil.
