    Waterproofing the RR

    I'd be careful using the silicone around the plastic base of the seat. Once water goes inside there, you'll have a rust factory. I'd just take that plastic off. All it does is make it look nice.

    I replaced mine in my '95 RRC with the '96 Astro and it works great as well. No issues!
