thanks i'll check into it...they were OEM pads they replaced them with...i did try to slightly pull the e brake while going about 5-6 miles an hour and there was a big clunk but no change in the tin sound or the squeaking. Is the clunk normal?

i did all 4 corners (pads) at 35k miles and the rear rotors at the same time....only 20k miles since then.
