Will try to take a look at mine this weekend. As I recall though you can pull the center strip of hard plastic out of the seal. This allows you to remove the fixed window. I thought you could then rotate the front window out after freeing the leading edge from the track, is this not the case...

You can (easily) convert to carb. You just need an intake manifold (hard) P6 rovers had the intake for dual SUs. There is also a manifold for a 4bbl American carb. (really hard to find) I currently run dual SUs on a 4.6 RPI motor. Runs GREAT. Nice low end. That being said, why would you...
