my dash board has seemed to twist upward toward the windshield do to the sun and heat. Can I bend it and re-attach it or do I have to get a new one? how can I fix it?

I think I have a problem with my break lines and thus this thread might help (instead of starting a new one). My brakes seem not work unless I floor the brake, I tried pumping them to see if it was the master cylinder but it didn't seem to do anything so I am just going to flush out the lines...
