As far as I know, the rear wiper is supposed to be disabled when the driver door is open. Some kind of "safety feature" on my 96 D1. PS Grand Lake CO ROCKS....just got back from my first snowmobilin' trip up there.

This past weekend I was doing a quick look under the disco ( old habit from a 109 I had) before taking off and there it was ... a little puddle of brake fluid coming from the driver side wheel. After a quick inspection it seems that it might be a piston seal. My question is this... it hasn't...

How hard is it to switch out these lines as a preventative measure? I have a 96 and my lines are a little leaky but will probably get worse as the summer gets closer. The braided lines sound good to me....do you have details? cost, where'd you get them etc... :)

If anyone can shed some light on this it would be helpful.. I've recently started to hear a centrally located clunk sound when coming to a stop in my 96 D1. Doesn't seem like there is any slack in the driveline when starting out...only hear it when Ive come to almost a complete stop.TIA
