DII died and won't start. Starter cranks just fine but engine won't start. OBD is throwing p0366. Is this crank shaft position sensor or camshaft position sensor? Any way to bypass to get home?

It's the coils, no spark on #4 even at idle. I had no idea the engine would idle so smooth with a dead cylinder but it does. I'm going to get ready for my ass-whoopin' and start changing the coils.
