I ran OME HDs on both my 90 and D1 with no issues. The rears should settle a little bit. Once you put some weight in the back it should level out.
I had to put spacers on the rear springs to bring my Classic level with the 3 inch RTEs. I had a lot of weight in the rear of the truck though.
It runs rich. Which could explain it wouldnt run with the newer style Bosch injectors. Even with the DUI dizzy it ran terrible. Assuming the only solution is to reweld the bungs for the stock o2s or get a different Y pipe.
They are a Generic Bosch 3 wire narrow band. It isnt throwing any codes. Idle sucks with the stock injectors and wouldnt run with newer Bosch style. This engine only has 1500 miles on it and running a wedge shop cam.

Normally you need to replace the lifters and cam at the same time. Mix matching can increase wear.
