my truck doesnt have an ECU only an EFI computer and that only gives the EFI system how much fuel is needed and the mixture of air and fuel needed to start thats why i know it must be the fuel temp sensor or the coolant temp sensor because if its not reading the correct temperature from the...
i was wondering if it is more important to replace the coolant temperature sensor or the feul temperature sensor to fix my cold start problem. im not sure whether one is more important than the other.
well id have to say that it didn't work out only because the cast on the 94 D1 diff was different than that of the 10 spline diff. the 4 mid section studs on the 10 spline axle housing were too short and when the 24 spline diff was set in place, the 4 mid section studs did not poke through...
ok so heres what happened. I have an 88 RRC and the front right CV Joint went out on it. my brother is doing a dana 60 axle swap front and rear for his 94 D1 and has his old front axle out laying in the yard. my question is, can i take the 3rd member and axles off his old front axle and put...
I've yet another problem with my 88 RRC. I tried to search but couldn't really find any thing. I powerwashed the entire engine bay today as it was full of mud and grime. After I washed it, I took the air compressor to it as well as a blow dryer to try and dry the connections as best I could...

so I'm threading a new bolt into my water pump assembly and as soon as i get down to the last few turns i feel a crack, i look around and the threaded backing of the water pump completely broke off. this of course is apart of the front cover so if i replace it, it would have to be a whole new...
Okay. so now that i am finally putting my water pump assembly back together after 4 months of neglecting the issue, i have forgotten where things go. I can't seem to find any diagrams of how the 3.5L V8 engines look like up front as to where the alternator bracket goes and how the steering...
try the sump gasket , then try the oil pump sensor, that thing screws on and if a little loose, can drip oil , and when running can spray oil all over the under side of engine and starter
