It can be a more sociable kinda hunt that's enjoyable with family and friends. When it's done with a good group that knows what there doing, as in safe, knowing the lay of the land, good pack of dogs and such it can be a bast.... that affords some different aspects form still or stalking deer...

Have made several far-distance runs. Charlotte to Kansas city in a day. (1000 miles or so)... Then in total a 5000 mile odyssey of sorts in 10 days...Strait runs to Tampa, Memphis, and the Keys,,,,, even a day ISDE qualifier on a Katoom.....but to pull the trigger on a gixxer for a 1400 mile run...

With the manifold out of the way it's not near as bad.....though it does get a bit tight getting to the # 6 exhaust taper..... The throttle linkage on LHD can be a nuance.... One of them short handle wrenches comes in handy and in thought if it's a LHD and in no hurry or regretfully short...

Yep, it's a 2.6 6 cylinder.... euro spec. They'll pull a bit better than the 4 and are quite smooth running motors.... If get into rebuilding one it can be done though can get a bit pricey depending on what's required. But they hold up fine given normal attention to valves, oil...

Instead of trying to wedge the chisel between the distance piece and the back of the spindle. Take a cold chisel and hit rite on the distance piece as in trying to cut a grove...... The spindle is tapered and as the distance piece expands form the blows it will begin to work it's way off...
