99 Discovery SD- the electric locks have stopped working, and now I can't seem to disable the security system. The car will not start, and the alarm goes off when I try.
How can I disable the security system, I really don't need it?!?

Won't start. Cranks and will sputter only briefly, but not enough to let go of the key. Each time it sputters, the battery light, which is lit, flickers (off then right back on again) and it just cranks and cranks and cranks... only sputtering once in a while.
