On the earlier rovers (diffrent front pump) I always pack them, on the later ones like yours Ive never needed to. They just prime the minute you fire them up.     IF it is not your driveshaft (not saying it isnt). It could very well be your adjustments on your diff. check the coast side of the ring gear aswell as the backlash IF you need to pull your diff. Also a guy you can talk to about toy diffs if you need it http://gearinstalls.com/

    this one i made is for the front. ill run some beads on it instead of tacks but even then my panard rod is in the way. i may do a sewer cap on the back. i know alot of people are going to those if theyre doin lots of off roading, and i plan on doin alot more off roading.

    yeah I suck balls at the spelling game. I had a spare housing Ill have a post up of what Im doing to that (maybe homemade 3 link on a budget....) Ill tack the diff guard on so if I need to get it off at any time it wont be to hard.
