5-inch lift and no problems? He would have had to have done the swivel correction and corrected radius arms for there not to have been a problem.
A 3 inch lift is the upper limit AFAIC...at 5 inches you are in death-wobble land without some serious modifications.

it's an alignment issue. You're basically walking on your toes so to speak, and the slightest bump will get the wheels a shakin'.
You probably have shot front suspension bushings everywhere too. That's the place to start.
Also, look at your king pin pre-load.
