    Alarm question

    Anyone know if bypassing the spider and alarm will allow the use of another ECU without a trip to the stealership? I have a 97 Disco SD 4.0 GEMS.     No codes, runs like crap!

    I have a '97 DI that runs like absolute crap suddenly. The truck won't idle and is just dumping raw fuel. Truck was running great, new plugs, wires, filters, fuel pump. I had used Seafoam a few days before and had no problems. I had the truck idling in the yard and was talking to the neighbor...
