Since the problem now seems to be affecting both banks, it's likely not the 02 sensors anymore. Given the benefit of the doubt that all 4 sensors are new, they "shouldn't" be a possible cause anymore. You may have gotten a bad sensor, but the likely hood of getting 2 (or more) new bad sensors...

I just posted something similar to your experience, look for something on the next page of posts titled Codes P0130 and P0171. My experience was identical, however, your codes are not quite the same. The code for bank 1 sensor 1 (driver side pre-cat 02) is P0130. You are not getting that...

There isn't enough room in the harness to even consider moving the harness pigtails. I only moved the sensors. I put the passenger O2 sensor back, installed the new O2 on the driver side and so far it is happy again.
