In CA. requirements are by counties or the local sheriff's dept. Tehama Co. where I live is rural and lax, while eg. Santa Clara Co. by the SF bayarea has much stricter requirements. We're not paid volunteers, other counties may pay their volunteers.:patriot:

I cut an old acrylic sign into a trapozoid shaped wind fairing for my yakima load warrior. the prototype is quieter than the yakima's fairing. The size cut is 44" top by 54" bottom and 12" high.
