That roller is almost exactly the size of a quarter. I went to the hardware store and found washers that size, I think I got four of them. Then had to use a drill to make the hole slightly larger to fit where the nylon roller was. Get someone to spot weld to hold the washers on. Grease it up...
Sorry, but I think you are going to have to go to a dealership or a good indie garage with a testbook computer. I wound up going to a dealership for mine and those jerks charged a little over a hundred to reset the light. Good Luck!

Anyone using an Allmakes ESR3926 fuel pump in your Discovery like the ones selling on eBay for under a hundred bucks? Are they any good and how long have they lasted you? Any other recommendations?
It really is fairly simple. Cut and splice the wires. I did one on my D1 several years ago and still looks and works great. Plus I have a compass and homelink as an added bonus.
I've been looking for a 2003 or 2004 D2 to replace my 96 D1 5 speed. While searching, I keep seeing 03 or 04 Range Rovers for just a couple thousand more. Are the costs of ownership much different for the two of them? Also, are parts as available for the Range Rover as they are for the D2 ?
I got those numbers off one of the pics on one of the threads I read about the pump. And yes I have seen one, I have one apart right now. I'll get the 5/16 hose, thanks for the info.
