Some kind of fan must not be running. last time when I couldn't get cold air during summer, it was the condenser fan. but this time it seems like something else.

Just quick. Have any one experienced this? When running, the hot air is blowing. But when I come to a stop light it stops blowing hot air and then cold air comes out. Seems to do this when I have the AC on during Hot days............ Any thing that I should be looking?

Scott Yes. I took the fuse box out as well to see if there is any corrosion. No luck. I am going to call the Dealer to see if they can tow to their shop and see what is wrong with it... I worked on the truck till 1:00 am last night. Just can't figure out what happened.

CKPS is changed, fuel pump is changed, relay changed, checked fuse box for corrosion. Still the engine doesn't run...... I am about to give up on my truck, but any other advise? I need help.... Or else, I might have to get rid of my truck.

How do you get to see that? Do I need to remove the entire fuse box? Or does the inside just come out?

Well, I changed the Crank Shaft Sensor, but no luck. Must be the pump................

d1driver: Yes, I am still around. just haven't had time to get around to do off roading at all. got my CKPS today, and will work on it this weekend. See what happens. If not I still have the Fuel pump on it's way too from RoverGuy Will. Need to work on my wife's minivan as well and change...

My fuel pump seems to not be working. I don't hear the pump at all. I will swap out the pump and see what happens. If not the I will get the CKPS. Thanks every one!

I know I should search, but so many on here now. And I have not posted for a while. Anyway, on my way to work, my truck suddenly died in middle of the road. It is a 99' D2. the engine will turn, but seems that the fuel is not getting there. Is it the Fuel pump that died? Few min later it will...

It's still holding, so not that bad, but eventually I will have to replace it. Maybe 3 or 4 more years and might start to see a hole. Just want to get a head start and find out.

The mods that I have done to the turck is why I don't want to get a new truck. Also, my son loves the truck as well. Just hard to let it go. Looks like just the frame it self is about $1,400 for a brand new stock frame. Just want to see how much it would be to have some one do it.

It have been a while since I have posted on here. My 99' D2 frame is starting to rust out, and I am in a dilemma if I should let go of my D2 or just replace the frame. If changing the frame, how much does it cost normally. Do they sell a Galvanized Frame for D2's??? Any information will help...
