On any Bosch engine, my first instinct is to clean out and lube the idle control valve. That reminds me, I need to clean out the one on my wife's BMW before winter comes. Scott

This is kind of a desperate, "Hail Mary" sort of suggestion, but double-check the electrical connections to your crank position sensor for corrosion and solidity. Also check that your spark plug wires are all securely connected. I really can't think of anything else. Good luck, Scott
