I have Maxxis Big Horns and they have lasted me over 60k miles and I got maybe 10k more. They taken a beating and still run good. I'm going to get the same tires next go around and they are 1/2 the price of BFG Mud.

Yeah it's in my front diff. There is a rattle in the front diff, something is busted inside and then when I put it back into park the t-case grinds, but that’s just trying to stop the DS from turning. I will be pulling out the half shaft this evening. Didn’t get to do much with her last night.

Yes, after nearly 2 years my 4 amigos are off and have been for a month! I was wish it was my CV. I don't understand how it was driving fine and then I was coasting down a hill and hit the gas to get back up... nothing. Didn't hear anything break or feel anything different.

That's true if I must replace it that is definitely the way to go. Yes I did, however by then I wasn't moving nor could I.

Last night while driving my 03 DII I went to accelerate and didn't get any response. I went through all the gears and still didn't get any where. I attempted to put in 4 low and heard some grinding noise. Has anyone had this happen or know what to check for? I'm not sure what is, but hoping...

I have now replaced my gasket and still no power and my speedometer doesn't work. Which seems to be signs of a bad VSS. When I called the dealership for a VSS they told me on the 03 it has 2 VSS. 1 in the ABS and 1 in the tranny, where the 02-99 it is on the tansfer case as shown in the tech...

When I changed the gasket last night, 2 nuts had backed off most of the way and lost the other. I'm putting green lock tite them so hopefully should happen again.

Thanks. They rubbed at first but you can see in the attachment I just trim off the corner and was fine. The passenger side on the other hand wasn't trimed enough and ended up tearing the air dam partially off. So I just saws-all it off. Can't wait to get my RTE front and rear bumber.

We have an old airstream that I'm planning doing some work on this summer and bring to MAR. I got new tires put on last summer but haven’t done anything with the interior. They are awesome, shiter, shower, stove, couch... about everything that will make a rainy weekend in the mud even more...
