Solved Connector C0605 had the brown wire pulled loose inside the wiring loom. Spliced it back and everything back to normal.

Airbags did not deploy and there are no codes read by my nanocom. Seatbelt retractors have not been looked at but they all self retract and seem to be functioning normally.

Issue solved. Old starter was bad but there was an additional issue. POS PO had a splice in the ignition wire that was bad. Swapped out the bad splice and now starts every time again. Not sure why both issues at the same time but perhaps related or perhaps not. But new starter and fixed a bad...

Sometimes stupid is the right answer. New starter had an additional spade that I had brown wire to, switched it to the other spade and back to good.
