I removed my 1997 Disco front wiper motor and linkage to find the passenger side spindle seized. I tried to work in penetrating oil and it has improved but still doesn't spin freely. Is it possible to take apart the spindle to clean off the rust etc.....

I have a 97 Disco that refuses to start in the mornings or if I let it sit for an extended period of time. I will crank it and it will almost starts but no go. I have decided to address the rust around my alpine windows. I got the interior trim pieces off and am at the stage of removing the alpine window. I don't want to break the glass... Is it glued in?? Do yo push it out from the inside??? Has anybody done this before and have any advise for me...
