I am trying to diagnose a really annoying problem. I had a problem with my 94 discovery sputtering and stalling out at 25mph. I ended up getting the fuel pump replaced, and all was good. The problem is I don't normally go above 50. When I went to go and do this, now the car surges every time...

I live in Lake Oswego, the rover is in bend with my little brother in his shop. I try heading over once a month to work on it.

Thats one way of looking at it. Springs are not rover, as well as shocks.

i am currently working on something right now, which does both of these. What I have found is that you still need the hoop set. I will post pics of mine when done. THere is also a thread on pirate about this. cheers ian

i went and checked it out, its a good rover, and danny is a real nice guy as well.

Its time to start and put together my series. When I started to install the heater box, it was a little tight in the driver area as well as in the passenger. So a little fab and the heater distribution box fits perfect. I thought i would share.

what do you mean by that? Also is there a spring in both of the hinges or just the top one?

i am starting to put my rover back together after going down to the frame and rebuilding the thing slowly. I am having a hard time lining up the doors, Does anyone have any advice or sequence that they follow? thanks ian

do you have any pics to explain this any further (D90 seals)? I was going to get the seals at atlantic british but they don't sell the ones with rivets. Roversnorth didn't show any 88 seals on the website.
