Ditto CLT8981, super easy oil changes. No reason to pay Jiffy rip-u-off-and-forget-to-screw-the-oil-filter-on Lube for it. Spend the extra on higher quality oil & filters.

Yeah the plastic ones work fine til you can't get them out.

$20 apiece isn't cheap, but neither is quality. After literally have to drill into the plastic one on my rear diff to remove it, I have no problem paying for quality. I can't believe the plastic ones were ever used, they flex way too much if slightly overtightened (by the dealer no less)

I just had the same problem last week. I took it apart, moved the rollers manually and it works fine, for now. I didn't add any silicon lube, though I should have. Next time.

Ditto on Drillbit's comment regarding having to look 10 different places. I've visited forums which are chopped up more and it's a pain in the ass. For example, a Tech section subdivided into "Engine", "Electrical", etc. This forum doesn't receive nearly the traffic a Craigslist does, so...

I sold mine to a bodyshop for $250, back in late 2001. It was off my SD, so no painted panels. I think they were most excited for the crush cans. Give a local shop a call.
