Do you have a set of 4 RRC 3-spoke?

Never mind. I figured out the base idle screw is beneath the tamper proof plug. I am still wondering what manual is a good one though?

Another stupid question. Where is the base idle screw? I guess it is time to buy a manual for this truck. I had been using my old 94' defender's manual, but it has not been helpful for this problem. What manual do you guys recommend?

I read through the manual info that Will T posted and I am not sure where the tamper proof plug is that needs to be removed. Is it possible that someone already did this repair and replaced the plug with a small hex head bolt? Can you guys give me some guidance about where it is located?
