96 di 126k when i'm at freeway speed 60mph i have a rpm surge of 200-300 rpm. with steady pedal pressure i goes 2500 to 2700 back and forth. anybody know what this is? it has been going on for about a week. fyi trans rebuild at 123k. see crazy trans shop but that is whole other story.:banghead:

so i had my trans rebuilt at a local portland, Or trans shop and i have had nothing but problems. 1st they said they finished and tried to give me back my truck running like ass. turns out they swapped 02 sensors and installed a bad torque convertor. they could not for the life of them figure...

are the rear abs sensors supose to be so stiff you have to manually push them back to reinstall the hub. mine are so stiff i have to push them in and then install the hub and push them into the hub to set the sensor. i am rebuilding the rear hubs on 96 d1. thanks:rolleyes:

my 96' d1 is having problems with the abs. when the abs wiring harness is plugged into the abs pump the brakes freak out. i mean they lock up and unlock when i apply the brakes for anything. the pedal pulsates and there is a god awful sound.:ack: i have new pads and rotors and i have been...

is my only option on 96 d1 to drop tans pan to get broken drain plug that broke in half while tightening?:shoot: i tried backing it out with screw driver.
