Screws aren't the problem. There are four Tabs/Slots on the back of the cowl that the windshield fit in to hold the cowl in place. I think I missed one of the short ones on the passenger side. That is where my wind noise appears to come from. The Plunger tabs I can't seem to get out anymore. So...

The two center tabs appear to be shorter on the replacement part than on the broken cowl. Will this make a difference? Any Tips for taking out the plastic screws, They don't want to back out now.

Dealer checked it out. Got it to start but wouldn't say running. They stated the fues box in the engine bay had a broken circuit. The box had to be replaced. Starts and runs well, it was pricey though.

So I take it that's not good. Maybe time for a new thermostat. Running fine except for high idle. lowest is around 660 RPM's with the econ button on. With A/C engages RPMs range from 770 to about 860.

What temp should a D2 be running? At idle I normaly see 221 with the Ultra guage. It drops a little when driving but my aux fan is always on when sitting. Just thought it was supposed to be like that. I don't think it has ever gone higher than 221.
