Out here I saw the same thing from the same supplier, it ended up being a collapsed piston skirt causing the knocking noise. The pistons they use are used, and AB's rebuilder must not have measured well enough, caused the shop a ton of grief. In the end I took a brunt of it as I reccomended them.

I'm running them about 20'000 on them now still starts and runs great.

I've purchased them online ebay, you get what you pay for, the rubber portion is distorting and kind of bubbling on my key fob. I just transferred the internals. For the money it's still way cheaper than oem.

Mono tubes deteriorate very slowly, they should be fine if they have no external dents or fluid leakage.

B.P.Utah has a new 15 mm driveshaft spacer for lifted discoverys . I have not seen this before but it sounds logical, Is this part needed on a 2 inch lift?

Most Lucas products are marginal at best. Lots of sizzle no steak !

On mine too when it was windy it would set off the alarm sensor at 3 am, took weeks to figure out why the alarm was going off.

As long as its legal in your state if you leave the pre 02 sensors in and purchase 02 extenders for the rear sensors it should work. The front sensors need to be there for the truck to run the right air fuel ratio. The rear sensors if out of the flow might not set of a check engine light.

Did you clean under the inner baffle all kinds of stuff sits there.

I put on exact shocks to try and remedy the same problem, on mine it was the pan hard rod bushings, I also replaced the sway bar center mount bushings, front and rear. That made a decent improvement.
