I think he's referring to actuating the ABS modulator like the rovacom does for a brake bleed. I'm assuming it does, if it has all the access they say to the ECU.

I used permantex on my 00 DII and those bolts went back in. The stock gasket I pulled off there was pretty thin -- nowhere near 1/8"
